3. Orders & Payments
- Orders must be placed in writing via email or our official inquiry form.
- A Proforma Invoice will be issued after mutual agreement on product details, quantity, and pricing.
- Advance Payment: Generally, 50% of the total order value must be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- Balance Payment: The remaining amount is due before shipment or as per agreed terms.
- Payments must be made via bank transfer to our official account.
4. Pricing

- Arovan Global is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
6. Quality & Inspection
- We ensure products meet agreed quality standards before dispatch.
- Buyers may request third-party inspection at their own cost.
- Any quality claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods, supported by inspection reports and photographs.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled without mutual agreement.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of any costs incurred.
