Our Export Process

Seamless, Transparent & Professional – From Inquiry to Delivery

At Arovan Global, we believe in making international trade simple, efficient, and trustworthy. Whether you're placing your first order or a repeat shipment, our export process is designed to ensure clarity, quality, and on-time delivery — every time.

1

Inquiry & Quotation

You send us your product requirements — type, quantity, packaging, destination, etc. We respond promptly with a detailed quotation including FOB/CIF pricing, specifications, and lead time.

2

Product Sampling (Optional)

If you need a physical sample, we'll prepare and dispatch it as per your requirements (charges may apply depending on location and courier). This helps ensure you're satisfied with the product quality before finalizing.

3

Price Confirmation & Agreement

Once the sample or quotation is approved, we move to formal confirmation. We'll share a proforma invoice with all terms clearly listed — including price, quantity, delivery time, packaging, payment terms, and port details.

4

Advance Payment

We request an advance payment of 50% of the total invoice value to begin the procurement, sorting, and packaging process. (Other terms can be discussed for repeat/bulk buyers.)

5

Packing & Loading

Products are sourced, cleaned, graded, and packed in export-standard packaging based on your needs — HDPE bags, paper bags, vacuum packs, etc. We then organize container loading at the nearest port (e.g., Mundra, Nhava Sheva).

6

Shipment – Sea or Air

We ship your order via your preferred mode (sea or air cargo) based on timeline and budget. You'll receive real-time tracking updates and shipment photos (if requested).

7

Balance Payment

Before or at the time of dispatching final documents, we request the remaining 50% payment. (This step may vary depending on your payment terms, LC, etc.)

8

Document Transfer

Once balance payment is received, we courier or email the required shipping documents, including: Bill of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (if needed), Phytosanitary Certificate (for agri products), Any buyer-specified docs.
